Your empty driveway is worth €600–1,200 a season.

Prices keep climbing. Your yard can climb back. Rent out the space you already own: you set the price and the dates, we bring the guests, the payments and the reviews.

Listing is free. The first 30 hosts pay zero commission for the whole first season.

FAQ

Fair questions

Can I book right now?

Not yet. Split opens first, in summer 2026. Leaving your email is how you get in on day one.

What will it cost?

Hosts set their own price — expect €8–15 per day. That is usually well below public parking in the centre, and the space is guaranteed.

What if something happens to my car, or to my property?

Every booking is tied to a verified identity and a card payment, both sides leave reviews, and our support team handles any dispute. Full terms are published at launch.
